Class Policies
-
To ensure safety and a smooth class experience, you must arrive no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time for all group classes. Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disruption and to protect the safety and enjoyment of all clients already in class.
Late arrivals are treated as a no-show. Your class credit will be forfeited (or a $45 penalty fee charged for Elite members) and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
-
We strongly encourage booking in advance — classes fill up quickly! You can reserve your spot through your online account, the Fascia Mobility app, or by calling the studio during business hours.
You are solely responsible for booking and canceling your own classes. Membership class credits do not roll over to the next month if unused. Classes, instructors, memberships, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
-
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Up to 12 hours before class, the system or Fascia Mobility team will automatically add waitlisted clients as spots open. Within the 12-hour window, you will not be added without direct confirmation from you.
If you are moved from the waitlist into class, the full cancellation and no-show policy applies. You are solely responsible for monitoring your waitlist bookings. We cannot move clients into fully booked classes.
-
Bare feet or socks. Come comfy cozy, and covered!
There is no strict dress code but we recommend comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear. Fitted clothing allows your instructor to see your alignment and give you better form cues during class.
-
The minimum age for group classes is 15. Clients under 18 may attend with a parent or guardian who is present for the entire class (the parent or guardian may take class or sit on a bench). A signed minor waiver from the parent or guardian is required prior to participation.
-
For your safety, phones and personal recording devices are prohibited during class except on designated filming days. If you need to take a call, please step outside. Keep all personal devices with your belongings.
For the privacy of our clients, staff, and business, no audio or visual recording of Fascia Mobility classes is permitted at any time. Photos and videos may only be taken before or after class.
-
Pets are not permitted inside the studio. Please leave your furry friends at home or outside.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
TLDR: Cancel group classes at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees. Cancellations via Instagram, social media, voicemail, or text are not accepted. Payments are card only — we do not accept cash.
-
You may cancel a class without penalty up to 12 hours before the class start time. To cancel, use your online account, the Fascia Mobility app, or call the studio during business hours.
Cancellations via Instagram, social media, voicemail, or text will not be accepted and the late cancel fee will apply.
-
Late cancel (within 12 hrs): 1 class credit forfeited
No-show: 1 class credit forfeited
Late arrival (after 5 min): Treated as no-show — 1 credit forfeited
If no valid payment method is on file, your class credit may be forfeited in lieu of a cash fee. If a late cancel or no-show fee is charged and no valid payment method is on file, your card will be automatically charged once updated.
-
If you book multiple classes, waitlist multiple classes, or do not use your classes or membership benefits, you are solely responsible for canceling within the bounds of the cancellation policy. Late cancel and no-show fees apply to double bookings.
Fascia Mobility staff cannot be held responsible for accidental bookings, unused classes, double bookings, or double waitlisted classes made by members. The no-show and late cancel fees apply to all clients equally regardless of membership level.
If you do not have a working card on file for late cancel or no-show fees, your package will be reduced by one class and your auto-debit contract will be suspended upon the subsequent month's renewal unless the card is updated.
-
We do not accept cash payments for Fascia Mobility classes. All purchases, membership payments, late cancel fees, no-show fees, and freeze fees must be paid by credit card, debit card, or ACH on file. A valid payment method must be kept on file at all times.
-
All sales are final. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. In limited situations where a studio error has occurred, we may issue an account credit at our sole discretion.
Account credits may be issued in the following circumstances only:
A billing or processing error made by Fascia Mobility
A class is cancelled by the studio with insufficient notice
A documented medical emergency, at management's discretion
The following are not eligible for refund or credit under any circumstances:
Change of mind or schedule conflicts
Unused class credits or membership periods
Late cancel and no-show fees
Membership payments already processed
Retail and merchandise purchases
Workshop and special event purchases
Note: California law provides limited cancellation and refund rights in cases of member death or disability, or relocation more than 25 miles from any Fascia Mobility Cafe location. See Membership Cancellation for details.
Membership Terms
-
Memberships are billed in advance on your activation date and auto-charge each subsequent month. Memberships cannot be shared between members. A current credit card must be kept on file at all times. All sales are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
If a payment fails, your account will be suspended after 5 days until payment is updated and any outstanding dues are settled.
-
To cancel your membership, submit written notice by email to hello@fasciamobility.com at least 7 calendar days before your next billing date. If you cancel within the 7-day window, you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
Cancellation takes effect the month following your notice. For example, if your billing date is the 15th, you must notify us by the 8th to avoid being charged for the next month.
Any outstanding payments must be settled in full before a cancellation is processed. Failure to settle will result in account suspension and additional collection efforts.
A membership may also be cancelled prospectively — not retroactively — in the event of:
The member's death or disability, with proper documentation
The member relocating more than 25 miles from Fascia Mobility Cafe, with proof of new residence
-
By enrolling in an auto-debit contract, you authorize Fascia Mobility to automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or ACH account on file on a recurring basis for your monthly membership on the billing due date. You acknowledge that:
Fascia Mobility may discontinue recurring charges if it cannot secure funds due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or inaccurate information.
Classes may be booked up to 30 days in advance regardless of billing date.
If your card fails, you may be removed from any classes booked past the next billing date and may not be placed back into those classes or given waitlist priority.
It is your responsibility to keep current, accurate card information on file. Fascia Mobility is not responsible for processing errors due to expired or inaccurate information.
-
Members with a monthly membership may freeze their account once per year for up to three months, in one-month increments.
To request a freeze, email hello@fasciamobility.com at least 7 business days before the desired start date. Include the start date, reason, and reactivation date. Insufficient notice may result in delayed billing adjustments.
Regular billing resumes automatically after the freeze period ends.
-
The following memberships have been permanently eliminated: Basic Unlimited, Ultimate Unlimited, and Intro Month Memberships. These memberships cannot be extended, transferred, refunded, shared, or frozen. Fascia Mobility reserves the right to change, adjust, eliminate, and expire memberships at any time.
-
Founding memberships cannot be extended, transferred, refunded, shared, or frozen. Fascia Mobility reserves the right to change, adjust, eliminate, and expire memberships at any time.
-
By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder give permission to Fascia Mobility and its authorized personnel to charge the card for any auto-charge memberships, late cancel fees, no-show fees, and freeze fees in accordance with Fascia Mobility policies.
-
All retail and merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on physical products purchased in-studio or through our online shop.
Training & Special Event Policies
-
Workshop and special event purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. If a workshop or event is cancelled by Fascia Mobility, you will receive a full account credit.
-
Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24-hour window — or no-shows — will result in forfeiture of the session credit. No cash fee is charged; the session credit is lost.
Private session purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
