Most commercial stretch chains provide one-on-one assisted stretching services. Fascia provides group mobility classes and educational programming to empower our clients to move with ease. Instead of passive, static stretching, we use dynamic mobility. Our instructor team is also highly educated and vetted, and they have completed years of training to become the professionals we trust.
-
With mobility, you are actively moving your joint through your full range of motion. Yoga often prioritizes static stretching, and Pilates focuses more on strengthening the core and building dynamic strength rather than optimizing range of motion.

Just yourself, we’ve got it all covered for you! Our flooring is designed to provide comfort and stability while on your hands and knees, but we also provide extra cushioning for those who prefer it. We’ve got blocks, bands, foam rollers, and any other tools required. If you would like to purchase any of these items, we have them all available for sale in our café.

Come comfy and covered! Wear whatever you can move around in. Please keep in mind that you will be moving around A LOT, so please wear appropriate attire to avoid flashing your classmates! No shoes are allowed in the studio without a medical exemption, so please come barefoot or in socks.

Having hypermobile joints that go beyond a typical range of motion does not mean that you need to avoid mobility, but it does impact the way you go about it! While doing mobility, instead of leaning into your full range, focus on building strength and control within smaller ranges before working into your full range. Strength and stability within range is your goal!

While we do not allow students under the age of 16 in our classes, we do offer weekly workshops specifically for younger athletes. Parental consent is required for all minors.
-
We recommend three times a week to see the clearest results. Consistent mobility will help to improve range of motion, relieve tension, and boost athletic performance. It takes generally 6-8 weeks to see results in the body from a new consistent input like mobility.

We offer designated classes monthly where students may come in and film!

The A1 protein in regular milk breaks down into a peptide called BCM-7, which can slow down digestion and trigger gut inflammation. A2 milk comes from cows specifically bred to produce only the A2 protein.
Many people who assume they are lactose intolerant may actually have a sensitivity to the A1 protein. By switching to A2, you receive the full benefits of dairy without the possible negative reaction to the A1 casein protein contained in regular milk.
