Fascia Mobility
Website: https://fasciamobility.com
Effective date: 10/5/26
1. About these terms
These Site Terms govern use of fasciamobility.com, operated by Caliston Family, LLC, doing business as Fascia Mobility (“Fascia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these terms before using the website. Where we request affirmative acceptance, your acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
These terms address website use. Participation in classes, workshops, individual sessions, or instructor training, and any purchase or membership, may require separate agreements provided before enrollment or purchase.
2. Educational content
Our website may provide information about fascia, mobility, exercise, and wellness. This information is general education and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized healthcare.
Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, or subscribing to updates does not establish a healthcare provider–patient relationship or an ongoing instructor–client relationship.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for you. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of website content.
3. Movement and individual results
Exercise, stretching, self-myofascial techniques, and other movement activities involve risks, including injury. General demonstrations cannot account for your individual abilities, medical history, or needs. Choose appropriate activities, follow instructions, and seek individualized guidance when necessary.
Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate care. Our website and contact forms are not emergency services.
Outcomes vary. We do not guarantee particular improvements in range of motion, athletic performance, pain, injury recovery, or health. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee comparable results for others.
4. Our content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, original website text, photographs, videos, graphics, downloadable resources, branding, and other protected materials belong to Fascia or are used with permission.
You may view our website and use resources expressly offered for personal use in accordance with accompanying instructions. Except as allowed by law or with the rights holder’s written permission, you may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, publicly display, or adapt protected materials, including using them to create commercial classes, courses, training manuals, or other products.
Access to website content does not grant a license to teach under the Fascia name, claim affiliation with Fascia, or reproduce our protected training materials. Any instructor authorization or brand license must be granted through a separate written agreement.
These terms do not claim ownership of general movement principles, facts, public-domain information, or other unprotectable ideas, and do not restrict fair use or other lawful exceptions. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable website use
Do not use the website to engage in unlawful activity, impersonate others, submit fraudulent or abusive messages, introduce malicious software, access systems without authorization, or interfere with security or operation.
Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not upload another person’s confidential or private information without an appropriate legal basis.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect website operation, subject to applicable law.
6. Inquiries and communications
Provide accurate contact information when submitting an inquiry. General contact forms are not intended for confidential medical records or emergency requests.
You retain ownership of your messages. By sending a message, you permit us to receive, store, and use it as reasonably necessary to respond and manage the communication, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We will obtain permission before publishing your message or identifiable image as a testimonial.
Newsletter subscriptions and marketing communications are handled according to your choices and our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
7. Services, enrollment, and purchases
Information on this website does not guarantee availability of a particular class, instructor, workshop, training, location, or service. Confirm current details through the applicable enrollment or purchase process.
Before accepting payment or enrollment, we will provide the applicable price and material purchase terms, including any relevant cancellation, refund, package, membership, or renewal conditions. A transaction is governed by the terms presented and accepted for that transaction.
These Site Terms do not independently authorize recurring charges or waive participation-related claims. Participation waivers, service agreements, and training or licensing agreements must be presented separately where applicable.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. Please review the policy through the Privacy Policy link on our website. These Site Terms do not replace that policy or authorize additional data practices.
9. Third-party websites and tools
Our website may link to third-party sites or use external tools for functions such as scheduling or communications. We do not control third-party content or practices. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information before using its services.
Where a product recommendation or endorsement involves compensation or another material connection, we will disclose that connection as required by law.
10. Availability and warranties
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and maintain website availability, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or other operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. This does not disclaim obligations or warranties that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.
11. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing waives nonwaivable consumer rights. These terms are not a release of liability for participating in a class or other service.
12. California law
California law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not deprive you of mandatory legal protections or access to a court or forum available under applicable law.
13. Updates
We may update these terms as our website or practices change. Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. We will provide a prominent website notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively, and we will request affirmative acceptance when required before revised terms become binding.
14. General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
